Kaitlan McCuish

Kaitlan McCuish, M.Sc., BCBA, RCC, is a Behaviour Consultant/Analyst and Counsellor based in Burnaby, BC. She has been supporting individuals with autism and other neurodiverse populations since 2011 and holds a Master’s of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Kaitlan is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with extensive experience working with children from 12 months and up. Her approach emphasizes individualized, manageable, and meaningful goals, rooted in evidence-based research and family-centered practices.
